This Crock Pot Beef Tips Dinner recipe is a delicious one-pot meal that gives you not just one but two veggies with your beef tips and is easy to make.
Put your beef tips in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker.
Place your potatoes on top of the beef tips.
Pour your green beans on top (1 can is undrained and 2 cans are drained).
Top with diced onion, brown gravy mix, salt and pepper.
Pour your beef broth on top of everything and stir.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring halfway through cooking if possible. (We do not recommend cooking a beef tips on high. If you cook it on low, your results will be more tender and juicy than if you cook it on high.)

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
