Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray and spread a 21 oz can apple pie filling evenly across the bottom.
In a medium bowl, mix together white cake mix, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/4 teaspoon all spice with a fork or whisk.
Using two knives or a pastry cutter, cut 1/2 cup Butter into your cake mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle your cake mix mixture evenly across the top of your pie filling.
Bake for 30 minutes, turning your baking dish halfway through the cooking time, if your oven does not cook evenly.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
