Preheat one half of your 22" Blackstone to medium heat.
Put some vegetable oil on the preheated half of the griddle, top with thawed 3 cups frozen diced potatoes and 1/3 cup diced onion.
Sprinkle potatoes and onions with Lawry's Seasoned Salt and squirt a little water over top.
Use a long spatula to move your potatoes and onions so that they will all fit under a steaming dome, top with a steaming dome and cook for 10 minutes, gently stirring/flipping the potatoes and onions after about 5 minutes.
While your potatoes are cooking, preheat the other side of your Blackstone, put your 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper in a gallon size baggie, seal and shake until completely combined.
Put one cube steak in the baggie, seal and shake until the cube steak is completely coated. Place the coated cubed steak on a plate and repeat for the remaining cube steaks and set aside.
Once the 10 minutes has passed for the potatoes, remove the steaming dome, spread the potatoes out in a single layer on one half of the griddle, reduce heat to medium low and let them cook for an additional 5-10 minutes, gently flipping occasionally until they have reached desired crispness.
Put vegetable oil on the second half of the griddle, place all of the coated 1.25 lbs cube steak on the griddle, top with an XL griddle press and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Remove the griddle press, flip the cube steaks (if you have hot spots on your griddle, rotate which place each cube steak is in to help them cook more evenly), replace the griddle press and cook for an additional 3-6 minutes, until the cube steaks have reached desired browning on the outside and have an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. All Blackstones cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own Blackstone and time adjusted as needed.
