Mix together 1 lb lean ground beef (browned and drained), 1 cup uncooked macaroni (cooked al dente and drained), 15 oz can mild chili beans (undrained), 10.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chiles (drained), 1.5 teaspoon chili powder and 1 teaspoon garlic salt in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in a lightly greased 2.5 Quart Small Casserole Crock Pot or 4 Quart Slow Cooker.
Sprinkle 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese evenly across the top.
Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2 hours or high for 1-1.5 hours, turning your insert halfway through if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
If desired, top each serving with Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
