In a mixing bowl that fits in your 6 Quart Crock Pot, place 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (cubed), 32 oz alfredo sauce, 1 tablespoon garlic powder1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning and 19 oz frozen tortellini and stir until well combined.
Pour about an inch of water in the insert of your 6 Quart Crock Pot and place the bowl in the water. (If the water comes over halfway up the side of the bowl, take some out.)
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Stir and serve.
