Put 2.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs in a 4 Quart Slow Cooker.
In a small bowl, stir together 1 cup melted butter and 2/3 cup Frank's Hot Sauce until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time, if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
Shred the chicken with two forks, either in your slow cooker insert or in a large bowl or on a large plate.
Stir shredded chicken and sauce together in slow cooker until all the chicken is well coated.
Serve the shredded chicken on slider buns with Ranch Dressing.
