Put your 2 lbs Flat Iron Steak in the bottom of your 6 quart crock pot.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder and 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder on top of your steak.
Pour your undrained 20 oz diced tomatoes with chilies around your steak.
Cover and cook on low for 5.5-8 hours, until your beef can easily be shredded with two forks.
Shred your beef with two forks and stir everything until well combined.
Use a slotted spoon your steak and tomato mixture into the taco shells and top with favorite taco toppings.
