While the ground beef is browning, put 32 oz refried beans, 10 oz can enchilada sauce, 1 oz pkg taco seasoning and 16 oz jar salsa in a 6 Quart Crock Pot and stir until it is well combined.
Pour the browned and drained ground beef on top of everything and stir until the ground beef is completely coated in the mixture.
To serve, fill 24 hot dog buns with hearty 1/3 cup of Taco Sloppy Joe mixture and garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, if desired.
