While your penne is cooking, cut 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken into bite size pieces and place in a gallon size baggie.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon dried oregano and 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped) on top of the chicken, close gallon size baggie and shake until the chicken is evenly coated.
Spray a 6 Quart Slow Cooker with cooking spray and add your penne, chicken mixture, 16 oz alfredo sauce and 3/4 cup half and half and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring a couple times during the cooking time to make sure the penne does not stick to the insert and the chicken cooks evenly.
Top servings with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
