Place a 3 lb Chuck Roast in the 6 Quart Crock Pot.
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Top with 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncinis.
Pour 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice over top of roast.
Pour 24 oz Marinara Sauce over the top of the roast.
Use 1/2 cup Beef Broth to rinse out the marinara sauce jar and pour over the roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. (Note: If your slow cooker cooks hot, begin checking at 6 hours)
Use a slotted spoon to serve the beef on Buns topped with Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.
