Cut 5 boneless pork chops into bite size pieces and place in a lightly greased 4 quart crock pot.
Top the pork with 21 oz cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup French fried onions, 2 ribs of celery chopped, 1 cup milk, 1.5 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook 4 to 5 hours on low or 2 hour to 2 hours and 30 minutes on high, stirring halfway though the cooking time.
Serve over Prepared rice and sprinkle each serving with French Fried Onions.
