optional: 12 oz can beer or 1.5 cups chicken broth
Instructions
Put all your ingredients in your 6-quart crock pot (I used my 6-quart Crock Pot 5-in-1 Multi-Cooker) except for your chicken and optional broth/beer and stir
Add in your chicken breasts and use a spoon to press them down in your chili
Add in additional liquid for thinner consistency, if desired
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours
Remove your chicken, shred it, return it to your chili and stir
Notes
If you want to spice it up a bit, you can use pepper jack cheese instead of colby jack.
