Crock Pot Chicken Dumplin’ Veggie Soup

cream of chicken soup
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
cans mixed vegetables
(2 - 15 oz cans)
tubes of refrigerated biscuits
quartered ( 2 -12 oz tubes)
Put your broth and soup in a large bowl and heat in your microwave for 1-2 minutes, whisking intermittently until smooth.
Take all of your ingredients, except your biscuits and put them in your
6-quart crock pot
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
About 45 minutes to an hour before serving, turn your crock pot on high.
Use two forks to shred your chicken into bite size pieces.
Cut your biscuits into quarters, add to your crock pot and mix well.
Cover again and cook until your dumplings are done (approximately 35 minutes). Stir and serve.
