Notes
We used our 6 quart Ninja Slow Cooker for this cake and it comes out perfectly every time (We make this often!).
While you can make this in the Casserole Crock, I have found that the results are much better in a traditional 6 quart slow cooker or Ninja Multi-Cooker.
Carbquick is our base in this recipe. We buy it in bulk off of amazon.
Flavor-wise, we prefer to use Sukrin and Sukrin Gold as our sugar and brown sugar substitutes.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed. This is especially true when using your slow cooker to bake.
