Lightly spray your casserole crock pot or 6 quart crock pot with cooking spray.
Spread your cooked and drained ground beef evenly in the bottom of your crock pot.
Spoon your soups evenly across your ground beef.
Pour your broth into your cream of mushroom soup can and stir with a spoon to rinse out the can before pouring it around the edges of the crock pot.
Sprinkle your mixes on top of soups.
Lay your Pepper Jack cheese slices in a single layer across the top of your casserole.
Spread your tater tots evenly across the top of everything.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
If crisp tots are desired, and your insert is broiler safe, place insert in your broiler on high for 1-3 minutes, until your tots reach desired crispness. (Watch your casserole constantly while broiling. Do NOT walk away. A recipe can go from perfection to burnt in the matter of seconds in the broiler.)

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
