Spread your pie filling evenly across the bottom of your crock pot
Mix together your baking mix, oats and brown sugar
Sprinkle evenly on top of your pie filling
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours
To crisp up the top, take off the lid for the last 30 minutes
Serve it up warm with some vanilla ice cream
We used a casserole crock to make this recipe, but you can use any 5-6 quart slow cooker.
