If you are looking for a flavor packed side dish that everyone will love, have I got a treat for you! This Italian Crock Pot Bacon Cheesy Rotini is delicious!
Pour your half-and-half, soup and melted butter into your 4-quart crock pot and stir until your soup is mixed in completely (I used Cassie, my 9 x13 casserole slow cooker made by Crock Pot)
Add in your cheese, bacon, garlic and rotini and stir
Sprinkle bread crumbs all over the top
Cover and cook on low for 1.5-2.5 hours until your cheese is melted
Stir gently, but well so the bread crumbs and melted cheese are evenly distributed and serve
If you really like Italian bread crumbs (like we do around here), you can use 1 1/2 cups of the bread crumbs, but if you just want some, you can sprinkle on a cup or less. It is completely up to you! Whatever you think your family would like best! I love the flavoring that the bread crumbs give to this recipe!
With two cloves of garlic, you get a nice addition to flavor, but if you absolutely love garlic, you could probably add another clove without it being overpowering.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
