Mix 1 teaspoon ground mustard, 1/2 teaspoon allspice, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper together in a small bowl.
Cut 3 lbs pork loin baby back ribs in half, so it will fit in a 6 Quart Crock Pot, and rub the seasoning mix all over the ribs before putting them in the insert.
Gently pour 1/2 cup water around the ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours. (I do not recommend cooking on high, because the ribs will not be as tender.)
Place ribs on a plate and drain juices from slow cooker.
Place ribs back in slow cooker.
Use a basting brush to evenly spread 1.5 cups BBQ sauce over the ribs.
Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes
Place ribs on broiler pan and broil for 2-3 minutes watching very closely, until the bbq sauce has caramelized desired amount.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
