Cook 1/2 lb Ground Beef with 1/3 cup diced onion (diced) and drain.
Put your ground beef mixture, 15.5 oz can chili beans (2 - 15.5 oz cans, undrained), 2/3 cup Can Refried Beans, 3 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 teaspoons chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 1/2 cups tomato juice, salt to taste and dried red pepper flakes to taste (optional) in a 2.5 Quart, 3 Quart OR 4 Quart Crock Pot and stir until well combined. (This is a very thick chili. If you want a thinner chili, add more tomato juice.)
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring once or twice during the cooking time.
