Melt your 2 tablespoons of butter in your 6-quart Instant Pot on saute, moving it around to make sure the entire bottom is coated
Turn off your saute feature
Add in your water and rotini and stir well
Seal and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes
Quick release, add in your remaining ingredients, except your half Italian bread crumbs and half of your bacon, and turn on your Saute feature, stirring until your cheese is melted
Once your cheese is melted and everything is well combined, spoon into a serving dish and evenly sprinkle your remaining bread crumbs and remaining bacon on top and serve

We love the sauce on this recipe. However, if you would prefer a thicker sauce, stir in more Italian bread crumbs slowly until desire consistency is reached.
