We absolutely love our Italian Crock Pot Bacon Cheesy Rotini recipe around here, so I couldn’t wait to try it out in my electric pressure cooker to see if there was a way to make it when I was running short on time. And, by golly, there is! You are going to add this yummy recipe to your regular rotation for sure!

Italian Instant Pot Bacon Cheesy Rotini Recipe
Italian Instant Pot Bacon Cheesy Rotini
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups water
- 16 oz box rotini pasta
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 10.75 oz can Cheddar cheese soup
- ½ cup butter melted
- 16 oz pkg Velveeta or half of a 32 oz pkg
- 12 oz pkg bacon fried and crumbled
- 2 large garlic cloves minced
- 1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
Instructions
- Melt your 2 tablespoons of butter in your 6-quart Instant Pot on saute, moving it around to make sure the entire bottom is coated
- Turn off your saute feature
- Add in your water and rotini and stir well
- Seal and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes
- Quick release, add in your remaining ingredients, except your half Italian bread crumbs and half of your bacon, and turn on your Saute feature, stirring until your cheese is melted
- Once your cheese is melted and everything is well combined, spoon into a serving dish and evenly sprinkle your remaining bread crumbs and remaining bacon on top and serve
