Ingredients
2boneless, center cut pork chops(Mine were approximately 4 oz each.)
1tablespoonBrown Gravy Mix
1tablespoonranch dip mix
1/2cupwater
Instructions
Place 2 boneless, center cut pork chops in the bottom of a 2.5 Small Quart Casserole Crock Pot, 3 Quart Crock Pot or 4 Quart Crock Pot.
In a small mixing bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon Brown Gravy Mix, 1 tablespoon ranch dip mix and 1/2 cup water until well combined and pour over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on low 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time, if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
