How to Make 3 Ingredient Pork Chops for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

Our 3 Ingredient series of recipes are a huge hit with our readers and us, alike. I thought it was high time that I make these delicious 3 Ingredient Crock Pot Pork Chops into a “for two” recipe. You can throw it together in less than 10 minutes. This recipe cooks up quickly too. To top it all off, the pork chops are tender and flavorful with cooking juices that are like a thin gravy. It is great when spooned over the pork chops, and there is even enough to spoon over some mashed potatoes. It is so yummy!

(Does this recipe sound like something you would like to make, but you need more than two servings? You can find the original recipe that will feed five people here.)
