How to Make 3 Ingredient Pork Chops in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
Not only is this 3 Ingredient Crock Pot Pork Chops easy to make, it also tastes great! If you have read many of the recipes I have posted, you will know that I am incredibly slow at recipe prep. You would think that after doing this for over a decade that I would be fast as can be. Unfortunately, that is not the case. With our 3 Ingredient recipes, I do not have to worry about being in the kitchen long. You just stir together two packets with some water and pour it over the meat. The prep is seriously that easy. Then the crock pot does the work.
When cooking pork, it is really easy to overcook it. My pork chops were cooked perfectly to 145 degrees Fahrenheit right at the one and a half hour mark. I highly recommend watching this closely so you can have perfectly cooked, mouth watering pork chops to enjoy.
