For a recipe that is so simple, this Garlic Ranch Crock Pot Pork Chops for Two recipe is surprisingly flavorful. There are only four ingredients that go into your crock pot, and they come together to give you a wonderful dish. The bed of rice not only tastes great with this, but it also helps to make this a really filling main dish.

What You Will Need for Garlic Ranch Crock Pot Pork Chops for Two
Ingredients Needed
- 2 boneless pork chops (mine were about a 1/2 inch thick)
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil, minced
- Additional minced basil for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
Equipment Needed
- Small mixing bowl
- Garlic press
- Measuring cup
- Measuring spoons
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
- Stirring spatula
- 2 Quart Crock Pot, 3 Quart Crock Pot or 4 Quart Crock Pot
- Whatever you need to prepare your favorite rice (We love long cooking basmati rice, but you can use your favorite rice.)
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 to 10 minutes
- Cooking Time: 4 to 5 hours on low or 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes on high, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time, if your slow cooker does not cook evenly

Garlic Ranch Crock Pot Pork Chops for Two
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh basil minced
- 2 boneless pork chops (mine were about a 1/2 inch thick)
- additional minced fresh basil
- Cooked Rice
Instructions
- Mix together 1/3 cup ranch dressing, 1 teaspoon garlic and 1 teaspoon fresh basil (minced) in a small mixing bowl.
- Place 2 boneless pork chops in the bottom of your 2.5 quart, 3 quart or 4 quart crock pot.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours.
- Stir the sauce after cooking until well combined.
- Serve pork chops on a Cooked Rice rice with sauce spooned over top and sprinkled with additional minced fresh basil.
