Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef tips
- 1 cup honey
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Cooked Rice
Instructions
- Place a trivet in the bottom of the insert of a 6.5 Quart Ninja Foodi or 6 Quart Electric Pressure Cooker and add 1-2 cups water to the insert.
- In a bowl that will hold all of your ingredients and fit in your insert with the lid closed, mix together 1 cup honey, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1 clove garlic until well combined.
- Add 2 lbs beef tips to the bowl with the sauce and stir until the beef tips are all well coated.
- Place the bowl on top of the trivet.
- Put the lid on, set to seal, cook on high pressure for 13 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.

- Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes .
- Serve the beef tips with the sauce over top, and over a bed of Cooked Rice.
