Place a trivet in the bottom of the insert of a 6.5 Quart Ninja Foodi or 6 Quart Electric Pressure Cooker and add 1-2 cups water to the insert.
In a bowl that will hold all of your ingredients and fit in your insert with the lid closed, mix together 1 cup honey, 1/4 cup bbq sauce, 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1 clove garlic until well combined.
Add 2 lbs beef tips to the bowl with the sauce and stir until the beef tips are all well coated.
Place the bowl on top of the trivet.
Put the lid on, set to seal, cook on high pressure for 13 minutes and natural release for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
Put a colander on top of a medium size pot (it needs to sit on top of the pot and not touch the bottom) and pour everything from your insert into the colander. Put the beef tips back in the insert, cover with the lid and set aside.
In a small bowl or coffee cup, mix together 2 tablespoons corn starch and 2 tablespoons water and pour into pot, stirring until well combined.
Over medium high heat, bring the sauce to a boil, reduce heat to simmer for 7-10 minutes, stirring continually. (The longer your simmer your sauce, the thicker it will be. The sauce will thicken as it cools.)
Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes .
Serve the beef tips with the sauce over top, and over a bed of Cooked Rice.
Notes
We’ve tested this recipe in a 6 quart Instant Pot and 6.5 quart Ninja Foodi. When pressure cooking with larger pressure cookers, you may need to add 1/2 cup to 1 cup more liquid to reach pressure. Make sure not to overfill smaller pressure cookers past their max lines.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
Finally, all electric pressure cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own electric pressure cooker and time adjusted as needed.
