Mix together 1/3 cup ranch dressing, 1 teaspoon garlic and 1 teaspoon fresh basil (minced) in a small mixing bowl.
Place 2 boneless pork chops in the bottom of your 2.5 quart, 3 quart or 4 quart crock pot.
Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-2.5 hours.
Stir the sauce after cooking until well combined.
Serve pork chops on a Cooked Rice rice with sauce spooned over top and sprinkled with additional minced fresh basil.
