How to Make Smothered Pork for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

When thinking about the next recipe that I wanted to convert into a smaller serving recipe, this Smothered Crock Pot Pork for Two came to mind. It is perfect for when you need dinner in a hurry. Not only is it easy to prep, but it also cooks up in just an hour since the pork is cut into bite size pieces. The delicious flavor of the pork and sauce pair wonderfully with the rice. If you need a suggestion for what kind of rice to use, we love having this over basmati rice. However, if you have a different favorite white rice, I am sure it will taste great with it as well.

(If this recipe sounds like something you would like to make, but you need more servings, you can find the original recipe that feeds more here.)

This recipe is easy and delicious, and my family loves it, especially served over noodles. I did tweak one ingredient in the recipe and substituted the cream of mushroom soup for golden mushroom soup. OMG! It gives it an even richer flavor and an absolutely beautiful color. Thank you for including this easy and delicious recipe on your website. I have made and shared it with many, all of whom have asked me for the recipe. Keep up the good work! ๐Ÿ™‚
