Cut2 boneless center cut pork chops into bite size pieces.
Place pork pieces in 3 or 4 quart crock pot, add 1 cup cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup French Fried Onions, 1/4 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoons salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper and stir until well combined with a stirring spatula.
Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or high for 1 hour, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Serve over prepared rice and sprinkle with additional French Fried Onions, if desired.
