This French Onion Crock Pot Pork for Two recipe is great for a night when you need a meal that does not take very much time to prep, you can do something else while it cooks, and it tastes great. I am notoriously slow at prep work, even after all these years of cooking. It is okay. I have come to peace with it. ๐ Then there are recipes like this one that make me feel like I am super fast because they are so quick and easy to throw together! With the ingredients in this recipe, the flavor is wonderful. It really is a great recipe that is on my go-to list.

What You Will Need for French Onion Crock Pot Pork for Two
Ingredients Needed
- 2 boneless, center cut pork chops (My pork chops were about a half inch thick.)
- 2/3 cup French onion soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Egg noodles, prepared
Equipment Needed
- Can opener
- Measuring cups
- Measuring spoon
- Small mixing bowl
- Stirring spatula
- 2.5 Quart Crock Pot, 3 Quart Crock Pot OR 4 Quart Crock Pot
- Knife
- Cutting board
- Pot, strainer and wooden spoon to prepare your egg noodles
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 2 hour to 2 hours and 30 minutes on low or 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes on high, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly (It is done when your pork chops reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.)

French Onion Crock Pot Pork for Two
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, center cut pork chops (Mine were about 1/2 inch thick.)
- 2/3 cup canned French Onion Soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- egg noodles prepared
Instructions
- Place 2 boneless, center cut pork chops in a 2.5 Quart, 3 Quart or 4 Quart Slow Cooker.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together 2/3 cup canned French Onion Soup and1/4 cup water until well combined and pour over the top of your pork chops.
- Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley over top of everything.
- Cover and cook 2 hours to 2 hours and 30 minutes on low or 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes on high, rotating your insert halfway through the cooking time if your slow cooker does not cook evenly. (It is done when your pork chops reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.)
- Right before serving, cook egg noodles per the instructions on the package.
- Cut up your pork chops and serve over prepared egg noodles with cooking juices and enjoy.
