How to Make French Onion Pork in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

This Crock Pot French Onion Pork is not only delicious comfort food, it is also picky eater approved. My youngest and I are both pick eaters. However, she and I both loved this recipe so much that we happily ate the leftovers the next day!

You might notice that I did not put sharp knife in the equipment list. That was intentional. The pork is so tender when it is done that a butter knife will suffice for cutting it. I know my 4 Quart Slow Cooker cooks hot, so I watched this closely, and it was done right around the two and a half hour mark. You will want to make sure you know your slow cooker and watch this closely so you can have tender and juicy pork chops too!
