How to Make Easy Cinnamon Peach Cobbler in an Oven

Aunt Lou here.

The weekend I gave this Easy Cinnamon Peach Cobbler recipe a try in my oven was Mom and Dad’s wedding anniversary (49 years and counting!). When Cris and I were talking about what to do for their anniversary, we knew we had to include a peach dessert because those are Dad’s favorite. So, I thought I would give this recipe a try in the oven, the cobbler was gobbled up with a person or two going back for seconds. This cobbler is perfect for when you want a treat at home or if you want to bring a dessert to a potluck.

I thought I would try a change up with this recipe to see if it would set up a little faster. Instead of draining two of the cans of peaches, I decided to drain three of the cans of peaches. This worked out great. The center of the cobbler set up beautifully, and it tasted great too!

(If this recipe sounds good but you would rather make it in your crock pot, you can find the crock pot version of this recipe here.)
