How to Make an Easy BLT on a Blackstone Griddle

Aunt Lou here.

This recipe for Easy Blackstone BLT is for one sandwich. The reason I did it this way was to make it easy to adjust the recipe card to how many BLTs you need. All you have to do is hover over or tap the blue servings number at the top of the recipe card and move the slider to the number of servings you need. The ingredients list will adjust automatically to the amounts you need for the new number of servings.

The package of bacon I used was a 12 oz package, and it had 12 pieces. So, each piece of bacon is approximately 1 oz. It was not thick cut or thin cut bacon. With this style of bacon, four pieces of bacon was perfect for a sandwich. If you prefer a different style of bacon, you can adjust the number of pieces per sandwich to your preference.

When I made these, I made them for a group. Some people wanted regular white sandwich bread. Others wanted sliced Hawaiian sandwich bread. The timing for toasting the bread was the same for both kinds of bread, and people loved the BLTs with both kinds. Again, it is all about what you want. You can use the type of bread you like most.
