Note: This recipe is for 1 BLT sandwich, you can easily adjust the servings at the top of this recipe card to the number of sandwiches you need to adjust the ingredients to match.
Preheat your Blackstone to low.
Place 4 slices bacon on the Blackstone and cook for 3-5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the bacon reaches desired crispness.
Place the bacon on a plate with paper towels on it and cover to keep warm.
Lightly butter2 slices bread and place butter side down on the Blackstone for around 1 minute, until it reaches desired golden color.
Flip the slices of bread and let it cook for an additional 30-45 seconds to crisp up the other side of the bread.
If desired, spread Mayo or other favorite sauce on your toasted bread and then place 3 slices lettuce, 2 slices tomato and your cooked bacon between the slices of bread, cut in half and enjoy!
