How to Make 4 Ingredient Pork Chops for Two in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

The recipe I based this 4 Ingredient Pork Chops for Two recipe on is a favorite around my house and a reader favorite. This version, just like the original recipe, so simple to throw together, cooks up quickly and tastes amazing! The cooking juices are like a thin gravy and go great with some mashed potatoes. Don’t worry. There is plenty of the cooking juices for the pork chops and a side of mashed potatoes.

It is really hard to find meat in packaging that only has two servings. So, what I like to do is to plan out my recipes so I can use the same meat, but in different recipes. If you need another two serving recipe that use pork chops, I highly recommend Brown Sugar Bacon Crock Pot Pork Chops for Two, Crock Pot Good Gravy Pork Chops for Two or Bacon Wrapped Crock Pot Pork Chops for Two.

(Psst…if you think this recipe sounds good, but you need more servings, you can find the recipe I used to create this recipe here.)
