How to Make 4 Ingredient Pork Chops in a Crock Pot
Aunt Lou here.
I was looking through comments on our Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin video the other day and saw where Crock Posse Member Stacy W. asked if pork chops could be prepared the same way. I loved that idea! The sauce from this recipe is amazing and works just as well with a tenderloin as it does with pork chops. So, now you have 4 Ingredient Crock Pot Pork Chops recipe to enjoy!
This is as close to a dump and go recipe as you can get without technically being one. The only thing that keeps it from being a true dump and go recipe is that the soups are all mixed together before you pour them over your pork chops. I like having all the soups mixed together in this one for the cooking time. It just works well.
We served this over rice. You can do the same or maybe over noodles or mashed potatoes or on its own. Whichever way you decide to serve it, I am positive you will love it just as much as we do.
