How to Make Cheesy Chicken for Two in a Crock Pot

The recipe I adapted this Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken for Two recipe from is a huge hit at my house. I thought it was high time that I adapt this recipe so that people who only need a couple servings can enjoy this as well. The chicken, sauce and rice or noodles just come together to give you a wonderful comfort food dish that is sure to please the cheese lovers in your life.

What You Will Need for Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken for Two
Ingredients Needed
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed (Mine weighed approximately 10 oz together. If you would like to use the same amount of chicken breasts, you can cut the chicken breasts into thigh size pieces to keep the same cooking time.)
- Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 3/4 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese soup
- Cooked rice or noodles
Equipment Needed
- Sharp knife
- Cutting board
- Small mixing bowl
- Stirring spatula
- 2.5 quart slow cooker, 3 quart slow cooker OR 4 quart slow cooker
- Whatever you need to make your favorite rice or noodles
Time Needed
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cooking Time: 2 hour to 2 hours and 30 minutes on low or 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes on high, rotating your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly

Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken for Two
Ingredients

Instructions
- Place your 2 large boneless skinless chicken thighs in the bottom of your 2.5 quart slow cooker, 3 quart slow cooker OR 4 quart slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with Garlic powder , Salt and pepper .
- Mix together your 3/4 cup cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup cheddar soup in a small bowl.
- Pour soup mixture over your chicken
- Cover and cook 2 hour to 2 hours and 30 minutes on low or 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes on high, rotating your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
- Serve over a bed of Cooked rice or noodles.
