Ingredients
2largeboneless skinless chicken thighstrimmed (Mine weighed approximately 10 oz together. If you would like to use the same amount of chicken breasts, you can cut the chicken breasts into thigh size pieces to keep the same cooking time.)
Place your 2 large boneless skinless chicken thighs in the bottom of your 2.5 quart slow cooker, 3 quart slow cooker OR 4 quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle with Garlic powder , Salt and pepper .
Mix together your 3/4 cup cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup cheddar soup in a small bowl.
Pour soup mixture over your chicken
Cover and cook 2 hour to 2 hours and 30 minutes on low or 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes on high, rotating your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly.
Serve over a bed of Cooked rice or noodles.
