Sift your flour and salt into a medium mixing bowl.
Make a well in the middle of your flour mixture.
Add your eggs and a little of your milk and stir with a whisk.
Gradually whisk in your remaining milk until your batter is smooth.
Place in your refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat your medium skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
Gently stir your batter to make sure everything is still well combined and pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter in your heated skillet and tilt to all sides to spread out batter into a thin circular shape.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges are set and flip.
Cook second side for about a minute until set.
Repeat cooking steps for all of the batter.
Serve with your favorite crepe toppings.
