Place your carrots and potato wedges in the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker.
Put your trimmed pork loin on top.
Pour your can of pork gravy over the pork loin.
In a measuring cup or small bowl, stir together your water and pork gravy mix until well combined and pour around the sides of your pork loin.
Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper over everything.
Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, turning your insert halfway through cooking if your slow cooker does not cook evenly. It is done when your pork loin is fork tender.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
