Preheat your 22 inch (or larger) Blackstone on low for about 5 minutes.
Use a squeeze squirt bottle to drizzle oil across the entire top of the Blackstone.
Put 1 lb ground beef of ground beef on one half of the Blackstone and break into smaller pieces with a long, flat spatula, add 2 cloves garlic , 1/2 large red bell pepper (washed and diced), 1/2 large green bell pepper (washed and diced) on top.
Spread 30 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns on the other half of the Blackstone.
Stir and flip the browning ground beef mixture and hash browns for 5 minutes before sprinkling 1 teaspoon onion powder, Salt and Pepper to taste and a drizzle of water across the hash browns (a quick zig zag up and down the hash browns with a squeeze squirt bottle filled with water will do).
Continue stirring and flipping seasoned ground beef and seasoned hash browns separately for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the ground beef is cooked through.
Once the ground beef is cooked, use the spatula to mix the ground beef and hash browns together.
Sprinkle 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese across the top of everything and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Use your spatula to gently flip and stir everything so the cheese is more mixed in. and serve.
If desired, serve topped with diced tomato , sour cream and additional shredded mild cheddar cheese.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All Blackstones cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own Blackstone and time adjusted as needed.
