Put 2 lbs Chicken Tenders in a gallon size baggie, pour in 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, close baggie and gently shake the tenders around until all of them are coated.
Open the baggie, sprinkle in 1 packet taco seasoning, close baggie, and gently shake until the tenders are well coated.
Drizzle oil over the top of the preheated Blackstone.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the Blackstone and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Flip your chicken tenders and cook an additional 4-5 minutes, until the internal temperature of your chicken tenders reaches at least 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
You can serve them as they are or cut then into bite size pieces to be used in tacos, burritos, taco salad, quesadillas, etc.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. All Blackstones cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own Blackstone and time adjusted as needed.
