While your sausage is cooking, pu 10 large eggs in a large bowl and use a whisk to beat the eggs.
Stir in 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream until well blended.
Add your cooked and drained ground sausage and Salt and Pepper to taste to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
Lightly spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Pour your egg mixture in the dish.
Sprinkle 5 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns evenly across the top of the egg and sausage mixture.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese evenly on top of everything.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, turning your dish half way through the cooking time if your oven does not cook evenly. It is done when the middle is set.
