This Cheesy Crock Pot Ham Potato Bowl is a one-pot meal that is so simple to throw together and tastes great! Even my picky eater gobbled this right up!
8ozpkg cheesy scalloped potato mix(2-4 oz boxes) unprepared
22oz sweet corn & diced peppers(2-11 oz cans) drained
Instructions
In a 6 Quart Slow Cooker, put 2 cups cooked ham (cubed), 2 cups milk, 1 cup boiling water, 10.5 oz can Cheddar cheese soup, 8 oz pkg cheesy scalloped potato mix and 22 oz sweet corn & diced peppers (drained) and stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. It is done when the potatoes reach desired tenderness.
