How to Make Cheesy Ham Potato Bowl in a Crock Pot

Aunt Lou here.

I’ve really been hitting it out of the park with recipes that my family loves, including my picky eater. This Cheesy Crock Pot Ham Potato bowl was a huge hit here. It is a one-pot meal that is filling and absolutely delicious. On top of being quite tasty, it is also super easy to throw together. I love how this recipe uses the box scalloped potato mix, because then I don’t have to worry about peeling or cutting potatoes. I just dump the dehydrated potatoes in and move on to the next step.

When making this, keep an eye on it. Since we are cooking with cheese, the edges are going to be prone to try and burn. So, I just use a stirring spatula to stir this occasionally and scrap the sides when I do. That way, I don’t have to worry about burnt cheese.
