      The recipe we tested is for 3 cups as written. If you prefer more potatoes, you definitely can test it out. Cooking times will likely change if you change the amount of ingredients. Enjoy!

    I made this for a potluck. Seemed a little boring so I added onion and celery and changed soup to cream of celery. It was great!
