How to Make Honey Butter Corn on a Stove Top
Aunt Lou here.
We love all kinds of corn recipes here. The Crock Pot Honey Butter Corn recipe I made a while back is no exception. I needed to get dinner on quickly because it had been a chaotic day. No surprise there. We have plenty of those around here. I’m guessing you can relate! So, I decided to try and make this favorite recipe of ours on the stove. It was quick, easy and still had the amazing flavor we love from the original crock recipe.
This recipe has a great mixture of flavors. The honey gives it a sweetness that mixes in an amazing way with the rich and savory flavors of the cream cheese and butter. The dried minced onion also adds another layer of flavor. While the salt and pepper don’t add too much of their own flavoring, they help bring all the flavors out to perfection. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we do!
