Place 1 rack ribs in a 6 quart slow cooker, salt them well.
Put 1 tablespoon butter (melted), 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 12 oz cola, 6 oz tomato paste, 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tablespoon mustard, 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1 tablespoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a medium to large mixing bowl and stir with a whisk until well combined.
Pour the mixture over the ribs.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low or until they are super tender.
Then throw your ribs on a lined cookie sheet and broil for a few minutes.
Meanwhile pour the drippings and sauce from your slow cooker into a large saucepan. While it is coming to a boil, mix 2 tablespoons corn starch and 2 tablespoons water in a small bowl and pour into the saucepan. Lower heat to medium, stir continually until the sauce thickens.
Spoon sauce on ribs and serve.

As with any of our recipes, carb counts, calorie counts and nutritional information varies greatly. As a result, your nutritional content depends on which products you choose to use when cooking this dish. The auto-calculation is just an automated estimate and should NOT be used for specific dietary needs.
All slow cookers cook differently, so cooking times are always a basic guideline. Recipes should always be tested first in your own slow cooker and time adjusted as needed.
