Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Casserole (Oven Recipe)

24oztubes of cinnamon rollsquartered (2 - 12 oz tubes)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together 2/3 cup brown sugar (packed), 1/2 cup butter (melted), 1/2 cup non-fat PLAIN Greek yogurt or sour cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla and 8 oz cream cheese (cut into small cubes) in a big bowl
Cut 24 oz tubes of cinnamon rolls into quarters (meaning you need to cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces), add the cinnamon roll pieces to the bowl and gently toss until the cinnamon roll pieces are well coated. (Set aside the icing from the cinnamon roll tubes.)
Pour the mixture into your lightly greased 9x13 glass baking dish and spread out evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, turning your baking dish halfway through the cooking time if your oven does not cook evenly. (The casserole is done when the cinnamon roll pieces are golden and the middle is set.)
Let it cool for 10 minutes and top with your reserved icing packs and serve.
Notes
When you mix together all of your ingredients, there will be clumps of cream cheese in your mixture. That’s okay! They will be nice little cream cheese surprises when you eat it!
